Everyone can take part in Oxfam Trailwalker, but the 100 km version still requires physical and mental preparation. It is important to train well beforehand and have the right equipment. Know your limits
Oxfam Trailwalker is a major challenge, demanding an intense physical and mental investment. Your support crew and the atmosphere at the checkpoints will undoubtedly give you extra zest. Nevertheless, stay alert to what your body is telling you! Don’t exceed your limits or put yourself in danger. Listen to your team-mates, too. Remember: it’s a team challenge. Oxfam Trailwalker should remain an unforgettable and happy adventure for you and your entire team.
